Directions for use:
Mix 2 scoops (54 g) of powder with 400 ml of water. Shake or stir vigorously and drink it immediately.
It is essential to maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. This product is intended for use only as part of an energy-restricted diet. Other foods should form an essential part of such a diet. To achieve the desired effect, one main meal should be replaced with one meal replacement daily.
