Use the search box at the top of the page.

• Type the product name or part of it, for example: chlorophyll, vitamin C, omega;
• then press Enter or the search button.

You can also browse the catalogue sections. If you do not remember the name of a product or cannot find it, write to us at [email protected] or on Telegram @vipnsp_bot and we will send you direct links to the right products.

• Open the page of the product you want;
• choose the quantity and press «Add to Cart»;
• open the cart with the icon at the top of the page and press «Checkout»;
• fill in your name, e-mail, phone number and delivery address. If you already have an NSP ID, enter it in the “Already a VIP customer or NSP partner?” field and VIP prices will apply straight away;
• choose the delivery and payment method — they appear once you have selected your country and city;
• confirm the order with the button at the bottom of the page.

You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail. We then place your order in the official Nature’s Sunshine Europe online store and e-mail you the payment link. No money is charged on this site.

Once we have processed your order, you will receive a payment link or bank transfer details by e-mail. After payment Nature’s Sunshine ships the parcel to the address you gave. Delivery time depends on the country and the carrier — we will tell you when confirming your order. More on the Shipping and payment page.

The VIP price is about 30% below the regular price. It applies straight away: after free registration on the website, with 2 or more identical items in the basket, or once you enter your NSP ID. There is no minimum order. After your first order, our manager will register you as a VIP customer of NSP Europe and send you your NSP ID. More on the Prices and subscription page.

Couriers deliver parcels on business days. You can place an order on the site at any time of day.

If you received your NSP ID after ordering on our site, enter it in the “Already a VIP customer or NSP partner?” field on the product card or in the basket and VIP prices will apply straight away.

If your number was registered elsewhere, contact the person who helped you register: they will tell you where to buy so that the bonuses are credited to you.
