14 days to change your mind
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the parcel, and you do not have to give a reason. Simply write to us before that period ends.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until the goods are back with us.
What cannot be returned
Supplements and cosmetics are sold sealed. Once the seal is broken the item cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and hygiene — this is provided for by Article 16(e) of the same directive. Unopened, sealed items can be returned.
How to return
- Write to us: your order number and what you are returning (a reason is not required).
- We reply with where and how to send the parcel.
- Once we receive the goods, we refund you.

Faulty or damaged goods
That is not a return but a complaint: write to us within a reasonable time after delivery and attach photos of the damage and the packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, and the return postage is on us in that case.
