Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) is a popular herbal remedy in Asia that most of us in the West have got all wrong. The word “kola” makes most people think it contains caffeine, but, in fact, Gotu Kola is a relaxant that contains no caffeine whatsoever.
What are the benefits?
This herb is often referred to as 'brain food', and contains nutrients that include vitamins A, B, E and K, along with magnesium.
