What is it?

Alfalfa is often referred to as the ‘father of herbs’, and because Alfalfa’s roots often grow more than 20 feet deep, it makes them very resilient to drought, which provides the plant with a rich source of nutrients that are not always available at the ground’s surface. Alfalfa is a natural source of vitamin D, E, K and B vitamins.
