About the Intestinal System
The intestinal system eliminates solid waste products from the body and reabsorbs water. It's important to consume adequate daily fibre and drink plenty of water to keep things moving along. The process of elimination takes anywhere from 12 to 24 hours or longer, and generally, the shorter the time, the better. Unfortunately, modern diets and health habits sometimes result in greatly increased transit times. As transit time increases, the system becomes sluggish, and it can become difficult to maintain regular elimination. Moreover, as the body reabsorbs fluid content, it also absorbs many soluble toxins.

This formula provides betaine HCl to aid digestion in the upper gastrointestinal tract, with Psyllium Hulls and Chlorophyll to provide fibre and bulk, which in turn encourages the proper flow of waste. 

Psyllium hulls (Plantago ovata), capsule shell (gelatin, water), yellow dock root (Rumex crispus), sodium alginate, marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), apple fruit pectin, activated charcoal, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale), betaine hydrochloride, zinc gluconate, sodium copper chlorophyllin, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), beta-carotene. Bulking agent; cellulose, anticaking agents; magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Allergy advice: May cause a reaction in those allergic to inhaled or ingested psyllium.  Not suitable for use during pregnancy.

Take three or four capsules twice daily with morning and evening meals.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

The product may cause an allergic reaction in people allergic to Plantago ovata.
